Ainsley Adams

Ainsley Adams is a 2x Grammy-winning producer, sound engineer, and songwriter who has worked with artists such as Train, Beverly Knight, and Jesse & Joy amongst many others.

He is a published songwriter, with releases under BMG, Universal, Peermusic and others; and also composes music for film, TV and commercials with placements all over the world.

Ainsley began his career in the music industry 25 years ago and spent six years at Kensaltown Studios in London as an in-house engineer, beat programmer, and technical manager. While there, he was mentored by hit songwriter Sacha Skarbek (Adele, Miley Cyrus, Aurora), producer Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, Yungblud, KT Tunstall), and engineer Dyre Gormsen (Jack Savoretti, Jamie Cullum, Mary J. Blige).

He has also assisted many sessions with high-profile artists such as Adele, The Kooks, Jason Mraz, Craig David, Yusuf Islam (formerly Cat Stevens), and more.

Ainsley relocated to Berlin in 2013, where he now  runs 7th Floor Studios. More recently he has been involved in artist development, whilst continuing to produce, mix and master records.

Loki Beckons

Loki is an Australian producer, sound engineer, and songwriter with over 10 years of studio and touring experience from his time in Brisbane and Sydney, as guitarist and composer in the band Interim.

Loki studied guitar at the Brisbane Jazz Music institute. Now in Berlin, Loki is  involved in developing upcoming artist Prima and collaborating with newcomers from the Berlin scene as a songwriter, producer and mix engineer.

At 7th Floor Studios, Loki supports with mixing and production, as well as assisting and engineering  live sessions. 

Adrian Leeland

Adrian is a producer, beat maker, and songwriter whose roots in classical cello and piano evolved into DJing and contemporary electronic music production. His work is eclectic and genre-fluid, shaped by a modern production mindset.

Releasing music under BMG, Universal, and Soave Records as Sirokid, he brings both artistic and commercial experience to his projects, alongside ongoing work in artist development.

At 7th Floor Studios, Adrian contributes to composition, production, arrangement, and beat creation, helping shape ideas into modern productions with a strong sonic identity.
